Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Trenx is operated by Vladimir Sukharev (sole proprietor, Russian Federation) — the "Operator", "we". Contact for privacy matters: support@trenx.pro.
By using Trenx you agree to this Policy. Consent to processing health-related data (section 2.2) is requested separately and explicitly at sign-up.
2. What data we process
2.1. Account data: email address; the identifier provided by a third-party sign-in provider (Yandex ID, VK ID, Google) if you choose to sign in with one; a password hash (for password sign-up).
2.2. Health-related data (processed only with your separate, explicit consent — the core feature of Trenx, adapting training to your recovery, is impossible without it):
- your workout log (exercises, sets, weights, perceived effort);
- daily self-reports: sleep quality and duration, fatigue, muscle soreness, readiness;
- body measurements (weight, circumferences) — if you enter them;
- wearable-device data (recovery, sleep, heart-rate metrics) — only if you connect an integration yourself.
2.3. Technical data: server access logs (IP address, request time) to the extent needed for reliability and security (including rate limiting).
2.4. Trenx does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
3. Why we process it
To provide the service (training log, recovery-based recommendations, progress statistics); to authenticate you and restore access; to send service emails (verification, password reset); to keep the service secure and operational; to comply with applicable law.
We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it.
4. Where data is stored
Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. We protect it with TLS encryption in transit, password hashing, access controls, and encrypted backups.
Data is kept until you delete your account. After a deletion request the account is deactivated, and once the 14-day grace period (during which you can undo the deletion) expires, all personal data is erased permanently.
5. Sharing
- Service emails are delivered via SMTP.BZ, a Russian email delivery service; your email address is shared with it only to the extent needed to deliver the message.
- If you sign in via a third-party provider (Yandex ID, VK ID, Google), we receive your identifier and email address from that provider; your relationship with the provider is governed by its own terms.
- We do not share data with anyone else, except where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for corrections, and withdraw consent at any time. For any request, contact us at the address in section 1.
Withdrawing consent (in the app: Settings → Account) ends the processing and is equivalent to deleting your account: processing stops, and your data is permanently erased once the 14-day cancellation window expires — in any case no later than 30 days after withdrawal. Because the core function of the service is impossible without processing this data, the service cannot be used after consent is withdrawn.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at trenx.pro/en/privacy. We will notify you of material changes through the service.
